Placing an Order

Step 1
Select the product you wish to purchase and click on it.

Step 2
On the right-hand side, adjust the quantity of the product. IMPORTANT: To order, you must first select the product and then specify the quantity. Once these options are selected, a preview image will appear. Click "Add to Cart."

Step 3
In the "Cart Contents" section, you’ll see the items in your cart. On the left side, choose the type of delivery – either courier service or parcel locker. Next, select the payment method. On the right, you can enter a discount code if you have one. If everything is correct, click "Checkout." A window will appear asking if you’d like to proceed with or without an account – choose the option that suits you best. In this step, you can also create an account.

Step 4
Fill in your details and provide the delivery address. You can select the option for a different delivery address. If you have any specific notes about the order, include them here. Click "Place Order." Double-check everything, and if all details are correct, confirm your order. Finally, proceed with payment. We offer a variety of payment methods – select the one that works best for you. That’s it! We’ll handle the rest. Once your product is ready for dispatch, we’ll notify you about the planned delivery.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Provide your order number – this is crucial to quickly locate your order. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it. However, once the shipment is in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible. Please note: orders for personalized products cannot be canceled.

Shipping

All our products are delivered by courier services, including DPD, DHL, UPS, and InPost, as well as InPost parcel lockers. Shipments are securely packaged in cardboard boxes. On the day of dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided in your order.

Can I Change the Delivery Date?

Changing the delivery date depends on the current status of your shipment. If you need to reschedule, contact us immediately at +48 515 180 937. We’ll do our best to assist you and coordinate with the courier service to arrange a new delivery date.

What if I’m Not Home on the Delivery Day?

If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, the process may be delayed. The courier may try to contact you. If they’re unable to reach you, we’ll receive notification that the delivery wasn’t successful, and we’ll need to arrange a new delivery date. While it’s best to avoid such situations, don’t worry – we’re here to help! Call us at +48 515 180 937.

What to Check Upon Delivery

It’s important to inspect the package for any external damage. If there’s visible damage, note this on the courier’s delivery document, indicating that the package was damaged during transit. Notify us immediately at [email protected], including photos of the damage.

  • If the damage is significant, you may refuse the delivery.
  • For minor damage, accept the package and inform us about the damaged items – we’ll send replacements as quickly as possible.
  • If the package has external damage but the contents are intact, you can accept the order.
